Grand Chancellor Rhod Elvinar-Fortuni
A former professor in the Department of Phrenology in the College of Truth, Rhod Elvinar-Fortuni was forced out for his unorthodox view that individual motives are simply a reflection of the will of the universe. They quickly found themself at home in the Scions of Fate.
In the following decades, Rhod gained prominence within the Scions of Fate for their ability to predict future events. Despite such acclaim, Rhod denies being any sort of prophet, and asserts that the accuracy of their predictions is simply due to a greater understanding of the will of the universe.
