Dáinsleif

A sword from legend. It is made by the dwarves, and it must take a life whenever unsheathed.
Furthermore it is said never to fail a stroke, and a wound taken from it will never heal.

History

According to , the blade was carried by a king named Högni at "the battle of the Heodenings". The battle supposedly goes on for ever, so whichever side lost this artifact is probably in a lot of trouble.
