Zuey is in relatively good condition, and the fact she keeps herself so active helps significantly. Very strong legs from dance.

She's built like a box. Some curves, but not very much. Soft, oval-shaped face.

Her purple star-filled eyes and hair, namely the shade of green under her hair and on her bangs.
Special abilities
As a child of the stars, Zuey was blessed with magic to aid in her fate: that being gravitational manipulation.

Everything effected by her magic is followed by a trail of stardust, such as an object or person ascending or the space around them shimmering during crushing/immobilization - this stardust is harmless does nothing, but leave an obvious mark of where her path has crossed.
Zuey has not yet fully mastered singling herself out of her own manipulation, however she's learned to adapt near instantly to the changes and hardly deals with whiplash. Gravitational forces are hard to control, and being self-taught (other than limited assistance from the stars as to not crush and kill herself) has made it a tough journey. She is still extremely powerful, but could be even stronger.

Personal history
It's hard to believe Lady Zuey was once just a normal girl, in a normal school, living her life. But, anybody who knew her prior to her role in the Council can attest to her seemingly rather average life before the spotlight.
Zuey was a girl with average grades in an average school, who grew up with only a carefree, adoring father. Her mother had left them long ago, when Zuey was an infant, for reasons her father never told her. Zuey did not let that hinder her---she had a passion for dance, and loved butterflies, nature, and anything to do with it. She always gave the impression of flowers, and her kind voice like sweet nectar. People loved her, she was easily one of the most popular kids solely for her compassion and willingness to help. Zuey even managed to land herself in Student Leadership in her school, and quickly became one of the iconic faces of it. How did she do it? Power of kindness, right? That was most of it, yes... but also, no. There was another side to Zuey, one nobody ever saw because they thought her whimsical nature was all there was to her. Under the surface, Zuey was a very calculating girl. She saw the potential of certain relationships, friendships were not just friendships. She saw connections, stepping stones to get things she wanted, and she acted on that. Thank the Stars above using people was something she grew out of, for the most part anyway.
Once Zuey got out of school, she hit the ground running. She bounced from graduation straight into higher schooling, going to university to learn the various types of dance. After two years of instruction, she left it behind, and took to her own self-training in the world of dance. From there, she thrived. With her prior experiences in drama, leadership and even university-level education, Zuey made her way into countless plays and performances. She was by no means a celebrity, but she was adored. Zuey Vieira was a name just about anyone familiar with performers always looked forward to hear be announced. Nobody knew much about her outside of her elegance and ditzy exterior, and that was exactly what she wanted.
Then, came a performance that would change the trajectory of everything in her life.
It was an event dedicated to storytelling, one that called for figure skaters as one of their creative outlets. Zuey accepted, of course. She got into costume, and told to play the part of a damsel subjected to an endless dance. Nothing Zuey wasn't used to - she spent weeks practising her choreography until it was second nature to her, until she just didn't even have to think about it. The show came, and Zuey watched from the bleachers. The applause roared through the stadium, the energy and mysticism high with the wonder of this old-fashioned play. Finally, it was Zuey's turn to take the stage. She slipped on her skates, adjusted her dress, and took off onto the ice.
Employment
Zuey went to university for a degree in dance, and took several dedicated classes to learning various arts. Acrobatics, figure skating, ballet, ballroom, improv, the like. However, Zuey landed herself in [TBA universe-equivalent Olympics] for her talent in figure skating. From there, she made a name for herself.

Relationships
History
Ell and Zuey were the first two of the current Council generation to meet. Ell wasn't too sure what they thought of Zuey at first, and always wondered if she could hold up under the crushing pressure that was the underlying job of the Seven. But, Zuey impressed them. Ell holds Zuey in high regard, but isn't too sure what to think of her more calculating side. In the back of their mind, they're sometimes wondering what will happen when Zuey corrupts. She's strong... very strong. Her elegance on the battlefield is mesmerising now, but what will it be like in the future? For now, though, Ell is happy being captivated by Zuey's grace, and will compliment it every time they can. Zuey holds Ell in even higher regard. Ell was the one to patch her up when she was injured at the ice rink while battling, and while it was the first time it sure wasn't the last time. Zuey never has a bad thing to say about Ell, and describes them as "warm and a comfortable presence all around."

Relationship Reasoning
They're both members of the Council, and by extension, the first two official ones after the prior generation fell and the several other stand-ins left. They need to have a good relationship, for their own good and the rest of the world's, and thankfully they do get along.
Commonalities & Shared Interests
Surprisingly, or maybe not, they're both fascinated with the afterlife. They've had a lot of conversations, with Zuey asking Ell what it's like to be a demon, and what the other demons they've met have been like. Likewise, Ell has asked many questions what it's like to be human, truly human, and they have had a lot of deep conversations. Their late, down to earth conversations have definitely played an enormous part in easing Ell's mild distrust of Zuey.
