Nyceria Waterbane
The second oldest son of Grahain Waterbane, Nyceria grew up in luxury among the Draconians of The Desolate Isle. Generally disregarded by his father at first, Nyceria focused on training his telepathic ability to become make Grahain proud. Like his older brother, Nyceria was called to Lacertillia in 51 Rebel and was brought into various negotiations due to his ability to read minds, often giving Lacertillia an edge. This lasted until 56 Rebel when he died rushing to the defense of the small fishing village on the coast. His magic caused significant damage to the attackers.
Nyceria was insightful and proud. often thinking decisions through over immediate action and was driven by his wish to be acknowledged by his father.
