Demon Lord Mepstie , of the Third Ring (a.k.a. Lady of Deals)

A demon lord, Mepstie is elegant, beautiful, and charming when she wishes and terrifying when she wants to be. Dressed in a fitted dress, that quite deliberately shows off her figure. Knowing to be sharp-witted and sharper-tongued, most stories show her running circles around those on the opposite end of the negotiation table. Often favored by diplomats and some merchants, the Waterbanes famously hold her in special reverence. She is known to have had some sort of relationship with Malzanavith at some point in the past.
Mepstie is the 'Lord' of the 3rd ring of lower planes and only visits Undinia to make particularly important deals, mostly sending her underlings to perform tasks for her. Soul-Sworn of her tends to be particularly charming and good at negotiations.
