Still under heavy Prusuit by TSU-s, Captain Legro deems it too dangerous for the Tradech group to return to IAFS headquarters in Bannerman
Military actionWith a TSU-s force lead by the Egypt on their tail, it is instead decided to go to the IAFS outpost on Bhaile's moon where a resupply and handover of the Casnel-G-Types can be better organised without risk to Baileys Mechanics or Bannerman. While attempting to enter the moon base, the group is once more ambushed and the cruiser class 'Monte Blonc' sacrifices itself to buy time for the Tradech - It sinks with almost all hands, except for a small number of MBT-Vijiak-Mk2 pilots.

With no end in sight for the IAFS - TSU-s conflict, IAFS command issue orders to start planning ahead.
Gathering / Conference- A reserve fleet capable of standing up to TSU-s in an all out fleet battle.
- Removal of 'Am Fluchtig' from the Tradech group, in favour of it leading a new flotilla to hunt down TSU-s submarines.
- Permission granted to Commander Nate Novel to have the Fluchtig fitted with full workshop and for him to assemble his own team of pilots for the new Neo-C

Military: BattleWhile IAFS finish the battle with three damaged Vijaiks, neither side suffers causalities and as IAFS can now track the Curadh, it as seen as a victory for the Tristain Flotilla. Arc 2 Finale

The Tristain Flotilla surrounds Station 9.3 where the Curadh has hidden itself.
Military: Battle- Lt.Kolme Nilas, Ensigns Hoki Bachika, Sabban Vint and Crewmen Una O' Conchabhair enter the Station as a forward scouting party.
- The Curadh releases an experimental 'Diamond-Type' fortress which engages with the Neo-Squad, severely damaging all units involved.
- A Vijaik Special also engages the squad, while the Curadh blasts a hole through the station's roof, making its escape.
- A last minute sortie by the Scarlet Scourge leads to the Vijaik Special's capture - The pilot is taken by IAFS as a prisoner of war.

A meeting is held with the entire IAFS board, including Vice-Admiral Louise, Captain Legro, Commanders; Ceathair, Novel, Batty and Lt.Commanders; Emilia Sheen & Louise - Almost all of IAFS's sponsors (Except the Duke of Bannerman) are in attendance.
Diplomatic action- A call for a two week truce from TSU-s to last the duration of the holiday season is discussed.
- A request to trade Prisoners of War is discussed.
- Findings by the Duke retaining to new weapons TSU-s have in development is discussed.
- The performance of Operation Deadlight is assessed and heavily scrutinised - Fleet Commander Nate Novel is instructed to have the flotilla present better results.
- Progress on the IAFS fleet and commissioning of the third Celtic Class ship are raised.
- The decision is made that the Neo-M will remain IAFS's main machine and the newer Neo-C will only be provided in small numbers.
