Summoning

There are two types of summoning you have to watch out for.
Of course everyone automatically goes to the ritualistic catagory. And while most investigation have revealed claims to be fradulent, only a very few have uncovered verifiable quantum abnormalities. Of these cases, a handful of the would be summoners survived, the rest were found .... liberally distributed, most certainly deceased. That is the worst case senario, as you are faced with an invasive species running amuck, and the expert on its origin and behavior is no longer in a state to be interviewed.
The second type of summoning is much more commen. Here we run into a quantum annomoly similar to trigger events. In these cases the summoning is mostly confined to a geographic location with a high psychic load, such as a battlefield, or a disaster that claimed multiple lives. The presence of someome with a genetic or psychic connection to the event appears to be a summoning condition for invasive species catagory 21.
