Plague of Moonshae

Vision: Larkspur was a kestrel flying over the Sea of Swords to Moonshae, and roosted in an elven city there by the name of Callidyrn, full of golden spires. They saw a high elf face down with purple foam at his mouth, glazed purple eyes and scratches on him. There were many other high elves affected like this. It seemed to be a disease that operated like chaos rabies. As a kestrel Larkspur managed to save one high elf. Corelleon appeared to ask Wigglesme-Tigglesme why he was doing this. WMTM responded with, quote, "You know why. I want her back. She's a part of me.". Shortly after the vision ended.
