The god of chaotic good. Is currently being pressured by Wigglesme-Tigglesme to hand over his sister, Sehanine who is possibly the third portion of the god of chaos. Wigglesme is doing this by unleashing the equivalent of magic rabies on the elves.

He also knows how to escape Carceri, and the best way to summon him is a pub crawl.

Was first encountered by the party as an old man under a curse to only remember three things. (See Hellish Homecoming ) The party broke the curse and he vanished after yelling something about a gnome and dropping off a diamond with his likeness on it.
