Frank the Three-Headed Lich

Personal history
Son of Ioum. Failed horribly in his task to lead the floating cities in their war against the Ferum. At some point became a lich with two demiskull heads attached. At some point found/created a tower in the Shadowfell in the remnants of Regaclith.
Killed in In the Tower. Unfortunately, one of his demiskulls managed to survive and manipulate Malcador the Infinite into reassembling the other using the Detention crew. The result of this was that the demiliches were destroyed, but Frank was resurrected. He was then promptly ground into a powder by Lux as he worked to destroy the statue of Bahamut. (See: Wedding Party ). Was implicated to have been in contact with Vecna.
The important thing to remember is that Frank is, quintessentially, a dumbass.
