Dr. Doop

A well-dressed mushroom man. He lives in a shack in the center of a mushroom farm and is a Vast Swamp historian. Was visited by the Swamp Suckers on their way into the swamp. Also occasionally called Dr. Pepper (Pepper is his wife's last name). Invented the drink Dr. Pepper.
