Servants to the Gladius Family

The Arcanus is a secretive group whose only goal is to carry out the wishes of the Gladius family leader, their loyalty knows no bounds as many keep ties even when a family leader steps down. This group was created as a means to repay debt and gratitude to the Gladius family from a series of other bloodlines throughout the The Island of Tod. Originally used for minor details, like sending messages and traveling with family members, the main focus of the group has changed with the latest Gladius family leader. Cantionis is driven by bigger ideals than her predecessors, with a grudge forming since she was young, she has sent out and empowered the current members of Arcanus more than anyone before her. Now used to protect and transport victims of crimes, aiding small communities, and infiltrating so-called 'Black Businesses'. New recruits and seasoned members train on the daily for the new lifestyle and make their presence known where previously it was looked down on. One note-worthy mission for Arcanus is their ongoing investigation into the The Gladius Estate Travesty, where multiple members of the family, as well as friends to the family, were killed after an attack on the Estate. This mission has been in effect since the aftermath of the event, with one of the biggest concerns being to clear Meditrina of her charges and restore the family's name.
