Rivvally

Sitting proudly at the heat of a great series of valleys stands the nation of Rivvally. It forms the bulwark between the pressures of many forces, from both above and below. Tow empires push at it from its western flank both rising and falling. A bloodthirsty kingdom holds sway to its East and the very underworld itself holds borders to its northeast. Despite this Rivvally endures, no small part of its ferocious focus on its military. However, this very much comes at the expects of its people. Many losing friends and family to distant gunfire and troubles along its borders.
Unable to push in any real direction along its traditional borders, Rivvally has found another way. Heading its forces deep underground it has managed to forge new lands out of forgotten kingdoms and vaults from long ago. It is only when they came upon the holdings of the ancients that they did decide it was time to settle with their new lands below. Since then it has been a time of relative peace. But with advances in the fields of the construction of stable gateway, it is likely that the flags will once more fly into lands beyond.
It should also be mentioned that Rivvally has had a few, mostly disastersours attempts at settling upon lands under the sea. But these are still to hard to defend from the leviathans that lurk below.
