Exploration edicts take a 1d20 to determine how many exploration edicts are taken. each edict that is taken uses a 1d20 with a max of the number of weeks that the game has progressed. This amount of BP is spent per edict that is explored. Every 5 BP that is spent on a single edict guarantees one resource to be found. Every BP spent increases the chance of discovering a resource by 5%, to a maximum of 6 resources in a single tile.
