Session 1B: Soup for the Soul, Frozen Sick Report

General Summary

Aethonar and Doctor Jebekel meet with the Tarynhall Council. Made up of Ein, Farice and the Queensguard. During their time in the meeting they learn of a sickness that is slowly creeping its way across the eastern part of Elleryn. Additionally, they are told that no conventional medicine or magical healing is working to fix whatever this sickness is. The symptoms are veins turning dark in the neck and arms, coughing, difficulty breathing and
The group is tasked with finding a cure or finding the ingredients so that they can be mass produced to help those infected by the illness. Each member of the group is given 300g to acquire any items or potions they will need for their travel. The group is also told that upon completion of the quest, they will receive significant financial compensation and personal rewards for their service.
Aethonar and Jebekel gathered what supplies they needed and headed towards Nephys, to their first lead,Kimble Nimble-Toad. When there Aethonar and Jebekel were surprised by the changes in the culture their. Kimble leading the druids has become a defender to encroaching monster and insectoid creatures that have begun moving west, away from the winter that is currently engulfing Elleryn. Kimble uses her druidic powers to summon massive spiders and to create defensive stone barricades against the recent attacks. Aethonar is quite surprised at the changes to a town that he used to frequent in his younger years. Yet Jebekel is quite impressed with how Kimble has taken it upon herself to defend the locals.
When the two meet with Kimble, she gives them a Temporal Anchor for traveling the planes of existence and she informs them she is going to send them to meet Guyver, the son of Yarlen, the Arch-Fey Dragon. At the end of their conversation, they rest for the night and prepare themselves for the Fey Wild.
