Modernization in Tydas

When the Creators Three brought back elements from Earth, they didn’t bring back full-blown Earth technology, such as industrialization. They brought back echoes of what humanity once knew, filtered through their intent and Tydas’s magic.

Because the Creators Three preserved fragments of Earth's culture and memory, certain ideas resurfaced in Tydas. However, these ideas were softened, magical, sustainable, and reborn.

Tools Inspired by Earth’s Memory

There is nothing mechanical or industrial in Tydas. Instead, Tydians use advanced hand tools, such as fine metalworking tools, intricate saws, and precision knives. They know how to make durable glass work inspired by lost Earth techniques. There are also clever pulley systems, elevators powered by muscle and magic, and simple clockwork using springs.

These are Earth instincts reemerging in a safe, non-polluting way.
