Imperial Citiy

The term "Imperial city" is used in the Hojan Confederation to describe a city that does not pay tax to local lords, an imperial city is not subjected to such lords laws or rulings.
All imperial cities are governed directly by the King's council and the Highking himself.
They are also hosting major contingents of His Hojan Confederate Majestie's Army, the HHCMA.
