She's a fairly stout and small dark-skinned, red-haired eladrin. Definitely elvish features, but has a broader build. Dressed in light, orange-red silks, loosly surrounding her form. Her underarms, hands, calves and feet are wrapped in smooth, white linen straps. Her forehead shows three small tatoos in a row of a coiled serpent, a solitary tree, and a narrow-hooded mushroom. Based on her appearance, most would think she is quite young and unexperienced. However, suggesting this in any possible way would be foolish, since the opposite is true and Frillia is a very proud creature.
Dwelling
Frillia's home is with the Heart of Heat, the dormant seed of the moontree. There is a vase-shaped structure build around the heart, which itself rests on a bed of embers and scorched earth. The structure is made of packed clay and loam and is vividly decorated on the in- and outside. The decorations depict fae legends about the creation of Faellys from a frozen landmass taken from the underworld; the genesis of the first Eladrin, keepers of the balance between the elements; the Last Verglas, the fae ice age.
Frillia has her open chambers on a vide in the widest part of the structure, with a throne hanging from ropes in mid-air, just above the Heart of Heat. She hardly ever leaves her home, as she has vowed to protect the Heart of Heat with all her might. Her chambers are obscured by semi-translucent orange-and-yellow fabrics, that lightly flow in the movement of the air created by the heat from the Heart.
