Summary
A leading member of the Council of Six Corners, and the only among them to possess no combat training. That's natural. Rokkaku no Jakusai is a people person. In fact, everyone seems to like her; really like her. It's known to get under her skin when someone forms any level of distaste for Jakusai, but they never stay that way for long. As the Rokkaku Clan's chief diplomat and minister of foreign affairs, it's Jakusai's duty to interact with other powers and see that they keep a favorable view of her master, Kōka Province's Gichō. This she preforms with aplomb, when she can be bothered to. In reality, she tends to take a passive role in clan relations, waiting until a problem makes itself known before she bothers to address it. Why leave Kannonji Castle, after all, and risk the headache of running into someone who doesn't like her?
