Summary
Bestial, humanoid creatures who hail from the frozen wastes of the Plateau of Leng. The Men of Leng are a brutal people who largely lack in empathy or compassion, making them natural slavers. Many of them have found employment, often involuntarily, on the Black Galleons that sail from the Dreamlands' Moon to peddle in human chattel. Although the sailors aboard these vessels appear human at first glance, their thick armor and padded boots conceal bestial legs with too many joints and hooves that pound heavily on the decks beneath.
