Parin is a cart driver, employed by Anuman to move goods between factories or warehouses and the docks of Sturmin. He is a simple fellow, and doesn't really question what he is asked to move or not. He has a horse called Jane, who is the love of his life.
He is unaware of (and frankly not interested in) his boss' involvement with the Verborgen.
