Federated States of the Flussland
Across the heartland of Troyvalden lie the Federated States of the Flussland. A loose confederation of 5 individual states, the states are the safest and most peaceful part of Troyvalden.
The first and most powerful of these states is Kroningen, encompassing the metropolis of Darstad and the surrounding lands. The strongest and oldest alliance is that with Acaria, sprawling across the western plains, south of the river Nard and north of the Grein. Acaria is a strictly heirarchical feudal state, with power maintained by a standing army loyal to the Archduke of Tecard. To the north is Narland, known for its industry and ruled from the trading capital Sturmin. To the south west is the state of Lasse, famed for its fruits and wines. The rainer southern climate allows for a much greater variety of crops, high society in the capital Lassiton is opulent and decadent. By stark contrast, the Offenland on the east of the river Dar has no such riches. Although its famlands produce good crops of grains and vegetables, the constant incursions from the wild beasts and monstrous humanoids of the Oscrumad regularly destroy crops and livestock.
