Axel Lemoine

Lord Axel Lemoine, Knight Grand Commander of Kapok

Axel Lemoine is the leader of the Knights of Kapok in the city of Mustoir and the wider area of northern Lasse. He has held this position for around 10 years, and has overseen a period of great change after the assassination of Mathion Paucard.
He has a few theories about the events which led to the current situation in Mustoir, but does not have enough evidence to persue them. He is not exactly happy about the apparent Acarian occupation, but he also doesn't find them particularly difficult, and life is probably improved for the average Mustoirian since Mathion's death.
