Ocean Class Bulk Carrier

A basic bulk carrier class designed by the General Development Company (GeDeCo) for use in the Trojan Reach.
The objective of the class was to stimulate inter-system trade, development and co-operation by producing a cheap bulk carrier for trading high-volume low-value commodities such as agricultural produce between systems with low enough overheads to make such trade profitable.
The design parameters were:

• Capable of J-2
• Minimum 1,000 dTons of bulk cargo capacity
• Built with TL-11 technology, to allow for easier servicing in the field
