Watter Do-Fish

Leader of House Do-Fish, Watter is a lizardfolk of a singular focus. The man seems to care for politics, coin or even loyalty. All that seems to exist to him is a love of the sea and the various water ways of the Oligarchy. After inheriting the title of leader from his father, a lizardfolk by the name of Complit, he has continued the houses tradition of fishing, harvesting of pearls and herding of Quipper. The later in particular has cost Watter three and a half claws, three toes and half a finger, but this has yet to stop him.
