The Mad Hater

The Leader of The Court of Hate and frequent guest to Black Alis's tea parties, The Mad Hater is a redcap whose name has long since been forgotten. His famed caps are stained red by the blood of his enemies (and occasionally friends), while his sickles are constantly being sharpened. He has dozens of different caps, one for each thing he hates. A small mansion has been built to house them all, and he swaps caps based on what exactly he is hating in the moment.

He is know for is mad fixation for those who have wronged him, even if only in imagined ways, and only respect those who's hatred has become obsession.

He has a habit of asking nonsensical riddles like "Why is a raven like a writing desk?", "how long is a piece of string" or "What has eyes that don't cross, teeth that don't floss, and trees with no moss?. These have no true answers that he's aware of and it unsure why he keeps asking

There are few things that he doesn't hate in this world. The only known things that do not make him angry are mad, furious or unstable like him. Also tea. He really likes his tea
