Geographical Distribution

Primarily spoken by Mountain dwarves and people who spend their time in dwarfholds. Saltline Hold, Reachway Hold, Rockhold, and their surrounding areas are prime examples of regions where the language is popular.
Both Goran and Povnosti evolved from a language called "Old Dwarvish," and both languages have similar sounds to the untrained ear and effectively identical syntax and sentence construction. In literature, however, the two dialects are nearly incomparable. Written Goran retains the runic letters of Old Dwarven (as do the Goblin tongues), while Povnosti has evolved into phonetic spellings based on the Common alphabet.
