Class: Calipso - Laboratory Ship
The Calipso-class laboratory ship is a variant of the
more common Type: L, although it shares much in common with them. Based upon a 400-ton hull, it has slightly less laboratory space but boasts greater cargo capacity,
can remain deployed without resupply much longer
and houses a second air/raft, reducing reliance on
the onboard pinnace.
