King (a.k.a. Can)

King Can is the pirate king and trashlord of the Scree. He has a thick grey beard down to his waist intricately plaited with a collection of small, precious trinkets that he has accued over the years. King Can is a boisterous and overbearing fellow, but do not let this lead you to underestimate him: beneath the bluster, he has a ruthless intelligence. Over the years, many have tried to bring him down and he has merrily dispatched them all. King Can lives in the Skyfortress Eisenstein, the remains of an astral barge that has been tinkered with and modified to become a self-contained palace for the King of the Scree. King Can maintains a court of close allies and fellow trashlords on the Eisenstein, which floats over the Scree more for effect than any kind of practical defence. There have been some who have tried to bring down the Skyfortress, but King Can has a nose for treachery and a talent for making friends who can't afford to let him die. He's tied the fortunes of the power players of Detritus into his own fate. With friends like these, who needs enemies?
