Boltzae
Boltzae is the largest city in the plane, and the capital of the same. It houses the largest commercial hub, as well as most of the royal empire family. It is circular, surrounded by a wall, and it is divided in four sections by inner walls, making each of them a quarter of a circle. It has small satellite cities around it, one of them being Gungnir College of Arcane arts , that houses so many people that it is considered by many as a small city.

Government
It is a monarchy, where the empress takes decisions not just on this city, but on the entire plane.Since it is a commercial hub, it takes only takes taxes from all trades, capped at 10%.
Defences
It is surrounded by a 20 meter tall circular wall, fully plated with a core of steel, with guards covering it arround the city. It also has a medium sized garrison in the topmost floor of the skyport, and a large navy of skyships. Patrols of skyships are arround the clock.
Industry & Trade
The city is known for beeing the commercial hub of the plane. It mostly profits from the sale of goods from everywhere in the plane, from rare mounts to the top of the line skyships.
Infrastructure
It is the most advanced city in the plane. It uses of basic sanitation like sewers, clean water is easilly found and the streets are clean, made from stone. It has the largest skyport on the plane, as well as the largest library, available for the public.
History
Boltzae is almost as old as the country of Biblios itself. It started as a small settlement, derived from the soil being extremely fertile, and from the close proximity of rare metal sources. After years of exploring the areas around the city, Gungnir College of Arcane arts was built near the main part of the city, due to the discovery of artifacts, temples and all sorts of historical trinkets buried beneath the soil, and jump started the growth of the city. But some people debate that the true moment the city gained track was during and after the great famine, and the discovery of dark matter, since Biblios was the country that discovered dark matter, created skyships and solved the great famine, establishing itself as a planar superpower. This city is the statement of the nationalism of this country, and the belief of its superiority.
Geography
It was built near the geographic center of the plane, on a grassy plane that stretches for dozens of kilometers.
Natural Resources
The city is surrounded by farms, run mostly by non-arcanes. Other than that, it doesn't need to explore many other natural resources, because almost everything is imported from other parts of the country, and other neighboring countries.
