Demographics

This place is most populated by non-arcanes, due to the proximity with the skyport and the work non-arcanes do there.

Industry & Trade

It's trade is mostly for Skyp's parts and crew for hire. But in the levels of Hyperion, small shops are set up for the immediate sale of some goods from the skyps, normally rare edibles and supplies.

Infrastructure

It has poor access to basic sanitation, in the housing areas closest to the skyport, but as you approach the core of the city, it gets better. The streets are always in maintenance, due to the heavy usage for transportation of goods for the rest of the city. There are many bars and taverns around this district, as well as many illegal services as prostitution and the illegal selling of spellbooks. The best skyship's shops are located here, as well as the biggest skyport in the plane.

Assets

By far, the biggest asset of this district is the great skyport, Hyperion. But it is also valuable to mention Tom's shop, the famous tavern "Everywhere and Nowhere", and the exotic mount stable "One legged octopuss".

Guilds and Factions

This is where the city's garrison is located, on the upmost floor of Hyperion. The Imperial Navy is the biggest faction in play here.
