The north-most district of Boltzae.

Demographics

It is where most of the wealthiest of the wealthiest live. It his there you can find the most expensive shops and houses, as well as fine shops and top grade spell books. Some of the most powerful families of the plane live there, like the Gunther Volgels and the Steinfields.

Infrastructure

It gets fresh water directly from the crystalline clouds in the north of Biblios. Roads are impeccably made of high-grade Mammoth-Dragon scales, many courtyards and parks, only accessible for this elite.

Assets

The biggest asset is Biblios biggest library, Amonsekh. But it also has a reasonably large Maxim's emporium store, and the Arcane Creator's League headquarters.

Guilds and Factions

This part of town almost has politics of its own, due to the powerful members that inhabit it. Anytime some trouble rises, it is shut down by throwing credits around. It is not a faction per se, but it has some traits of how a faction works. The acquiring of ilegal substances is very common, but unreported in the newspaper or in any guards offices, due to fear of retaliation and bribing of the empire's officers. Also the Arcane Creator's League influences the publication of many research papers on many fields of the arcane arts, as well as being contracted by the empire to make a seal of approval on all spellbooks created, that are no illegal.

Architecture

It has a special kind of architecture, with the most luxurious houses being made by famous and important Arcane builders, so the constructions are everything but ordinary. Some houses have floating parts, or personal biomes.
