Crown Princess Sereva
Crown Princess Sereva, the co-ruler of Delvia, is the older of the two. She is a consummate politician, allowing her to win the latest election amongst the High Blood, despite having a fraction of celestial blood that the Crown rulers would usually have. She is a cool, reserved monarch, but who seems to have genuine affection for her co-ruler, Avale. She is sworn to Farasta as a paladin, though she has never quested for long.
