    Coming from the Great Tree, the elves quickly settled the Northern and southern portions of the forest. In order to run all of their camps, the elves declared that their scout, Celevos Eltrial, becomes the leader of the elves.

    Civil action

    Mavrouneberg, a small fishing village formed on the coast of the Andylusian Peninsula, becomes the first human settlement on the continent.

    Mavroune's Rise to Power
    Civil action

    Frederick Mavroune, the founder of the village and the richest of the fisherman, declares himself and his family as the leaders of the fishing village. Mavroune silences those who would oppose himself taking sole command of the village and takes control with little resistance.

    Mavroune's Expansion
    Construction beginning/end

    Under Mavroune's orders villagers would construct a better port, houses, and roads for the village. The once lush forest became roving planes due to the mass deforestation ordered by Frederick.

    The Lost Village
    Disaster / Destruction

    During the expansion, a team of explorers and settlers founded a small village in the tundra to the south of the plains. As winter approached, harsh snow storms and decreasing temperatures blocked off all supply caravans and couriers from reaching the village. Once the winter had ended, all of the villagers were missing. Many blamed the spirits for the attack, believing that the goddess of nature had killed them for daring to leave the plains. Because of the disaster, another expedition and settlement attempt into the ice was never attempted again.

    The Kingdom of Mavrouneburg
    Civil action

    Following Mavroune's expansionist policy, a second village is founded on the border of the plains and the desert of the peninsula. A large road is paved to the secondary village, along with a small trading post between the two. Because of Mavroune's massive expansion throughout the plains, he claims himself to be the "King of Men."

    The Founding of Port Mawrth
    Construction beginning/end

    As the elven camps grew into formal villages, the elves decided that they needed a formal capitol. After a long debate, the elves finally decided on placing their capital at their coastal village in the Southern Forest. The villagers constructed a small port for the village and began to fortify the village incase of attack.

    Halting of Expansion and the Death of Frederick
    Civil action

    Frederick halts expansion into the other biomes of the peninsula because of growing rumors. Explorers came back from the deserts speaking of massive carnivorous snails, gigantic sand sharks, and a mysterious pyramid at the center of the dunes. Stories of the mysterious "Shadow People" of the forests made every citizen of the kingdom fear what lay beyond the trees. The harsh cold of the tundra made it so only the strongest of the humans could survive, and even then many dissapeared into the frozen forests, never to be seen again. Through the end of his reign, Frederick improved the quality of life for both his citizens and himself. Frederick dies a successful king, and is replaced by his son.

    The 400 Year Calm
    Civil action

    The 400 Year calm is a period of internal development of both the human and elven empires. Neither side persued expansion into the other biomes and instead relied on what limited resources they had in their own. As the 400 year calm progressed, the need for stronger materials grew more and more. The calm finally came to a close once Charles Mavroune III ordered expeditions into the forests.

    Political event

    Human expeditionaries make contact with an Elven forest patrol team. The sides, unable to understand one another, rely on trading goods to show their good intentions.

    The Barbarian Wars
    Military: War

    The Milites of the South push their armies North in an effort to raid the Elven and Human kingdoms. The Elves and Humans form a pact to aid one another against the Milite threat. Through a combined effort, the humans and elves raise large armies to guard and attack bandit outposts in their regions. The two nations, through heavy cooperation, manage to remove the barbarians from their territories and into the tundra.

    Castle Amersque and the Black Fortress
    Construction beginning/end

    Following the Milite invasion of the North both the Mavroune and the Eltrials started construction on fortresses to help with the defense of their nations. Castle Amersque was built in the fashion of a lavish palace while the Black Fortress was created as a nearly impenetrable stronghold.

    The Andylustian Union
    Founding

    Because of the heightened cooperation between the Elven and Human kingdoms, the idea of a conjoined empire would become more and more prevelant. In 1014, the Two Kings Constitution was put in place. The constitution declared that the human and elven kingdoms would join into one and be ruled by a dual monarchy, each king having equal power. The Dual Monarchy ensured peace in the region, and a stable nation for the elven and human peoples.

    The Yannunese Settlers
    Expedition

    Yannunese settlers from the continent of Eropa make landing in the swamps and set up a singular settlement, Aiuma Fortress. The fortress and the peninsula become a minor trading location for the Empire. The Yannunese settlers eventually make contact with the Andylustian Union.

    The Thlanish Colony
    Expedition

    Thlanish settlers of Eropa land in the desert regions of the peninsula. The Thlanish set up New Madrado as a port city on the peninsula and begin to trade with the Union as well. The Thlanish arrival marks when the Peninsula was propped up onto the world stage.

    The Amarian Colonization
    Expedition

    The Amarian Republic pushes past Angello's Wall and sets up multiple camps as new colonies. The Amarians overpower and enslave the Milite populations of the ice and use them in mining the precious resources under the ice. The Amarians send further expeditions and eventually reach the other nations present on the continent. The resources mined from the wall allow the Union to create and use better equipments in its military.

    Amarian and Andylustian Influence
    Diplomatic action

    The Amarian Republic and the Dual Andylustian Monarchy start to influence the Thlanish and Yannunese colonies on the peninsula with ideas of independence and promise diplomatic and military support if they were to revolt against their masters.

    The Disappearance of the Andylustian Dwarves
    Cultural event

    Every single dwarf of Andylustia disappeared from the kingdom, seemingly going overnight and leaving none of their posessions behind.   Unbeknownst to the others of the world the dwarves were called upon the Cosmic Lýn to defend Terrum from a portal to the Helvellian Realm of Blizzards that was deep underneath Andylustia.

    The 1316 Rebellion
    Revolution

    The Yannunese and Thlanish colonies, unwilling to participate in the war between their two parent nations, form a joint rebellion against their masters. The two colonies come together to form the Khaganate, and declare their independence, which is supported by the Andylustian Union. The rebellion is near bloodless and a strong ally of the Union is formed.

    General Tylas' Rebellion
    Military: Skirmish

    General Tylas, one of the highest ranking Elven generals in the union, declared that a union between the Elves and Humans was illegitemate and null and that he would rather die than live under the Dual Monarchy. Tylas and his men took hold of the Black Fortress and refused to leave until the Dual Monarchy was ended. Tylas's rebellion lasted for 90 days, untilt he siege was broken and Tylas was arrested, and later executed by the authorities in the center of Mavrouneberg. The rebellion created high tensions between the Elven and Human civllians, and caused for the two groups to slowly drift apart.

    The Great Decline
    Cultural event

    General Tywin's revolt left a bad taste in the mouths of humans, who now believed that most elves felt the same way about them. Humans and Elves slowly started to drift apart, which soon led to open battles between human and elven citizens. Guards became paranoid and were often the subjects of attacks from both elves and humans. In primarily human populated villages elven businesses were attacked and vandalized and vice versa. The violence between the groups escalated until it got to a boiling point.

    The Great Divide
    Military: Skirmish

    King Johan Mavroune III informs King Argamottese that he is officially leaving the union. Argamottese informs Mavroune that it would be a declaration of war if he had done so. After a short battle at Castle Amersque, the Elven Royal Guards were forcefully removed from Mavrouneberg. Argamottese, furious with what had transpired, gave Johan a year to reconsider his actions and to return to the Dual Monarchy.

    The Game of Thrones
    Military: War

    After a year had passed, Argamottese declared war on Mavroune. The allies of the Union quickly severed ties, not wanting to be involved with the Union's problems. The War was extremely bloody and left thousands dead. Despite their efforts, the Elven Monarchy was much more prepared for an invasion into the human territories. As 1544 came Mavrouneberg was taken and castle Amersque was occupied. The war officially ended once Johan and the royal family were discovered dead in their chambers.

    The Eltrial Empire
    Founding

    Following the death of Mavroune Dynasty Argamottese decided to rule over the Elven and Human subjects on his own under one throne. Over the span of the next two years Argamottese fought against human rebel groups and rebuilt the destroyed spaces of the human kingdom. As the last rebel groups died off Argamottese finally put himself in control of both kingdoms and declared himself king.

    The Annexation of Man
    Political event

    After the human defeat and the Elven takeover Argamottese quickly went to restore the glory of what was the Dual Monarchy. In order to keep the human populations happy Argamottese moved the capital from Port Mawrth to Mavrouneberg, which was renamed to Saint Claudsburg; named for the Saint that brokered peace between the two churches of the races during the Dual Monarchy. Argamottese had also given humans complete freedom when it came to where they lived, worked, and what religion they practiced. The policies that Argamottese had passed all calmed the human populations enough to the point of complacency and acceptance of the Elf overlords.

    Start of the Golden Age
    Cultural event

    After the policies of Argamottese were passed humanity and elves entered another time of peace, which led to the kingdom's golden age. Art, architecture, and technology surged during this time period and secured Andylustia's place in the sun.

    The Invasion of the Khaganate
    Military: War

    As the kingdom grew more in power Argamottese soon turned his eyes towards the deserts of the Khaganate. The invasion of the Khaganate territories was a short but bloody war with thousands dying on each side. After 5 years of combat New Madrado finally fell and the members of the Council of Khag were either dead or captured.

    The Annexation of the Khaganate
    Cultural event

    After the defeat of the Khaganate Argamottese named the only human council member the regional governor of the Khaganate Territories and promised money and power in return for his loyalty.

    The Southern Negotiations
    Gathering / Conference

    Argamottese's eyes soon looked South towards the largest supply of precious metals on the peninsula. Argamottese gave the Thlanish and the Amarian colonizers two options. Argamottese could purchase their colonies from them, or war would be declared over the territories. The Thlanish, no longer seeing the value in the little territory they still held, sold what they had left to Argamottese. The Amarians, still wanting to control the Wall and its resources, rejected Argamottese's offer.

    The Andylustian - Amarian War
    Military: War

    The Republic of Amare's refusal of Argamottese' offer led to war between the two nations. Fighting in the war only occured during the spring and summer months, as the bitter cold only lead to mass deaths and victory for neither side. In an effort to gain the upper hand against the Amarians; Argamottese promised to lift the Milites from poverty if they fought for him. With the help of the Milites Argamottese was able to attack the Amarian forces in the harsh winter, forcing heavy casualties onto their forces. The catastrophic losses to the Milites and their rapid loss of territory forces Amare to surrender its territory to Argamottese.

    Emperor of the Peninsula

    After gaining control of all territories North of the Wall Argamottese declared himself the Emperor of the peninsula. Argamottese went about with further securing his empire by dividing it into 4 territories: The Capitol Region, the Khaganate Territories, the Elven Territories, and the Wall Territories, each led by a Regional Governor.

    Argamottese' Reign
    Life, Career

    Argamottese's Reign was one of great prosperity. The Imperial Navy and Army became much more modernized. People's quality of life and freedoms were preserved and encouraged. Money became abundant and the arts flourished. After his death in 1977, Argamottese's funeral procession travelled through New Madrado, St. Claudsburg, and Port Mawrth where he is still buried. After his death his son, Argamottese II, ascended the throne as Emperor.

    Argamottese II
    Life, Career

    Argamottese II continued in the path of his father. He preserved civil liberties, greatly improved the quality of life for all its citizens, and grew the nation's treasury. Unlike his father, however, Argamottese failed to teach his own son how to rule the nation, instead focusing more on keeping the nation running smoothly. Once Argamottese II passed his son, Cerevis, ascended the throne.

    Cerevis the Kindhearted Fool
    Life, Career

    King Cerevis' reign over the empire was the first time the empire had fallen into a depression. Cerevis tried his best to be a good king, but because of his father not teaching him, he had to rely on a council to help him make decisions. Throughout his reign, his insidious advisors advised him on policies that would only benefit themselves, and ruin the lives hundreds of commoners. As he grew older and more skilled, he soon realized the actions of his advisors.

    The Red Masquerade
    Political event

    On Unification Day Cerevis held a masquerade ball for all to enter. No expense was saved for the celebration and many commoners experienced the life of a noble for the first time. At a large dinner table Cerevis announced the misdeads of his advisors and what they had done to the common people. He then told the commoners to do as they wish to the advisors who had ruined their lives and their estates. By the time the night had ened, all of the advisors were hung in the streets; their posessions stolen and sold.

    Life, Career

    After the Red Masquerade Cerevis continued with the resersals of his old policies. To stop advisors from taking power again, Cerevis started a tradition of the heir to the empire ruling the Elven territories. By the time of his death, Cerevis had redeemed himself as an emperor.

    Cerevis II spent almost all of his reign further reversing the damage that was caused by his father. The empire's economy, military, and life slowly returned to normalcy as the decades passed. The twilight years if Cerevis' reign are mundane, without major progression or regression in Imperial rule.

    Empress Tylas the Caretaker
    Life, Career

    Empress Tylas was the first woman to ascend the throne of Andylustia. Much of Empress Tylas' reign was directed towards improving the lives of all citizens of the empire. Ugly institutions like slavery had heavy restrictions and policies placed onto them. Many rights and civil liberties were given to the people of the empire. The Empress' reforms paved the way for a happier people and made her a champion of the people. The Empress' death hit the people of the nation hard, and a week long celebration of her life followed.

    Emperor Cerevis III takes the Throne
    Life, Career

    Cerevis III rises to the throne. In the first decade of his rise to power he removes many of the rights that his mother had established, claiming that they did nothing but remove power from the emperor. His actions greatly upset the people and sparked small rebellions in the empire's countryside.

    Stanislow's Coup
    Political event

    Prince Stanislow, a "champion of the people" and a respected figure in Imperial politics orchestrates a coup against his older brother. With the help of members of the Imperial military and Kazen Mauropool Stanislow was able to capture his brother and force him from the throne, preventing an all out revolution.

    Emperor Stanislow
    Life, Career

    Stanislow takes the mantel of Emperor at age 190, making him the youngest emperor in Imperial history. His first actions as emperor was to reverse what his brother had done to the rights and liberties of the people, thus ending the rebellious attitude that many held. Stanislow decreed that a new constitution and bill of rights were to be drafted, and the creation of Imperial Parliament, where issues in the empire could be brought up to the emperor without fear of punishment.

    The Trial of Cerevis III
    Political event

    The final part of Stanislow's plan to please the people. Cerevis was placed on public trial, and his numerous crimes against the people and state were listed to him. As his trial concluded members of the Imperial Parliament were split between two punishments: Death and Life Imprisonment. Stanislow, wanting to please both sides and avoid the death of his own brother, decreed that Cerevis would be exiled to the Martal Republic where he will live out the rest of his days. As he was taken away Cerevis swore that he would make his return and take back what was rightfully his, a threat left empty.

    The Draconic Wars Begin
    Military: War

    The Dragons make their return to the world, coming up from the caves and dungeons they used to inhabit. The Dragons, believing they were the true rulers of the world, declared war on the world. The war is the first conflict of Stanislow's reign, and proves as a test for his ability to rule during a time of war.

    Military: Battle

    The Battle of Aiuma Fortress was a major turning point in the war, a proving point of Stanislow's ability as a military leader, and the death of the Dragon Prince Aatorix. The battle led to the widespread use of God's Wood in Imperial architecture and military, as well as the first use of the Imperial Mage Guild in combat.

    The Vampirical Wars Begin
    Military: War

    The Vampires of Andylustia come out of their hiding in the Tundra and form an alliance with the dragons. The vampires strike at the already vulnerable villages and force the empire to split its forces in half. The beginning of the Vampirical Wars caused a great depression in morale for the Imperial soldiers and was the lowest point of Stanislow's reign.

    The Battle of the Valley and the Death of Markarath
    Military: Battle

    Markarath, the Dark Prince of the Vampires, is killed in the Valley of Spirits by Stanislow. The death of the Vampire's Dark Prince causes them to split off into smaller warlords. The vampires slowly drift away from killing Imperials to each other, which slowly leads to their near extinction.

    The Death of Paathanix and the End of the Draconic Wars
    Life, Death

    Paathanix, the Dragon King, is killed by Stanislow and his King's Guard. The death of the Dragon King led to the downfall of the dragons across the globe. The already demoralized and defeated dragons turn to the nations of the world in order to survive, and promise service to those nations in return.

    Stanislow the Bane of Evil
    Religious event

    Stanislow's victory over the vampires and the dragons made him an almost legendary figure. Many across the world told stories of the great king who banished evil from the world. After the war, Stanislow proved that he was no longer a young prince, but an emperor.

    The citizenry of Port Mawrth declare independence from the Eltrial Empire citing its refusal to hand power over to the rightful king and its crushing of the Imperial Parliament. The Nocturne and the Imperial Army are sent and defeated by the rebels.

    The retreating Nocturne are ambushed by a demomic force, and are wiped out. Their bodies and blood become one with the surrounding forest, their faces and bodies forever emtombed in the bark. The trees turn a sickly gray and their leaves become a midnight black.

    The Collapse
    Civil action

    With the loss of Port Mawrth and the destruction of the Nocturne the Lord-Commanders of the provinces of the Khaganate and Walleria gave the Regency Council 2 months to name an heir, or they would join Port Mawrth in secession. As the months came and went the Lord-Commanders renounced their fealty to Saint Claudsburg and declared themselves kings of their realms.

    The Battle of New Madrado
    Military: Battle

    The Church of Angello, under the influence of the Father, lays siege to New Madrado. The defenders managed to hold off the church's advance until a crusader was gifted a Cursed Forge by the Father. The crusader used the weapon to level the city's walls and keep, forcing the orcs to abandon the city and flee to the port of the South.

    The Forebrothers' Return

    With the finding of the Arbiter, the Forebrothers opened their temple doors to help train the boy in the arts of magic.
