Gorion

House Gorion of Baldur's Gate is among the less well-known great houses of the city. Having been around for centuries, the family's claim to fame came with Gregorian Gorion, known better as Gorion the Sage, who was a very accomplished Wizard and the foster-father of Abdel Adrian, who was adopted into the house. Few realized that Abdel Adrian was a member of any great house, and his family name was rarely ever used, nor was he buried in his family mausoleum, but under High Hall with all the other deceased leaders of the city. Many believe that the line ended with Gregorian, but that isn't true - Gregorian was not even the head of the House, and the family thrives in relative anonymity and more interestingly, supposedly the family still includes Abdel's descendants.
