She was born as te second child to a merchant familiy. She went to school and even to the secondary school. She and her older Sister Minako had a pretty normal life in the outskirts of Otawara, the capital of Shou-Lung. During her childhood she loved to accompany her Dad to visit possible new supplier of good which he could trade in Otawara and elsewhere. Her Dad was her hero from early on she wanted to become a merchant just like him. She studied every move, every angle he played when he was doing business. She was an outgoing child, who liked to explore everything around her. Minako and Keiko were inseparable while they were young and were seen almost always together, but being the charming sisters they were no one could be mad at them even when they were causing trouble.
Her life changed abruptly when her Father was falsely accused of conspiring against the Emporer, and was sentenced to Death. After this her family fall in Dishonor, and was shunt by everyone. She soon made use of her skills she developed by observing her Father earlier. A few years later she was contacted by the Golden Vault and recruited in its ranks. She worked hard not only for the Vault but also outside of it, which resulted in becoming the Manager of the White Sakura in Otawara the most famous Establishment of courtesans. This is just a cover for her and the Golden Vault, and one way to retrieve informations from the people visiting the Establishment.
She kept her charming and positive persona even throughout all that happened to her and her Family. She is one who keeps her word once it is given, but also knows when to withhold information when neccessary. Although she didn't become a merchant like her Father as she wanted, she fullfills the Role of manager as eager and joyfull as it can get. She caress for the Girls working at the White Sakura as if they are her Sisters. In the Golden Vault she also rose through the years in the ranks, becoming one of the top Agents and one of the leader of the Otawara cell. She beliefs strongly in the doings of the Vault, by securing ancient Artefacts from the wrong hands. Even though the methods of the Vault are not always legal, she stands behind them, and supports them.
She is a person you don't want to cross or even betray, but want on your side by being honest. She honors actions which are in benefit to the weak or the helpless, them without power. Coming from her own story and Experience through the years.
