Water had always a good relation to his subordinates, and for him it didn’t matter if they were a dragon or not. He was just in the eyes of them and didn’t treat them less.
To the other wyvern water not really seen as an equal especially by the old wyvern like darkness, fire, death and light. They treated him as a little child and didn’t wanted to give him responsibility’s.

Family Ties

Water was one of the few wyverns that had parents. Light and life, who outlived him, mated and he was created. But like most wyvern they didn’t cared what happened with him as a son, only as a fellow wyvern and dragon lord.
