The underwater garden that surrounds Kelpheart is a mesmerizing, filled with vibrant corals, shimmering fish, and exotic aquatic life. A large marketplace, open two or three times a week, is the hub of trade in Kelpheart. Here, Sahuagins exchange goods, including the treasures of the ocean, rare sea gems, and magical artifacts. On the city's outskirt, a large castle stand at the bottom of the sea, it serve as the local inn, the Drunken Treasure.Society

1136 AD The Crystal Ocean was once a vast inland sea. However, when Tromokratis was unleashed in 1136 AD, his rage shattered the world. The titan's fury destroyed the mountain range that once connected Green Earth and Siniador, transforming the Crystal Sea into the Crystal Ocean. In the aftermath, the merfolk and mermaids who had long inhabited the region fled to the Elemental Plane of Water, abandoning the underwater city of Kelpheart.
