Gillian Zultik

Gillian Zultik is a direct descendant of the noble family of House Zultik which was destroyed. Nowadays she spends her day in the tavern of Vurnwohrum.

Gillian is an astral projection monk, she is able to call forth the spirit of the forge to help her. This is a mark of her noble bloodline as the heir of House Zultik.

History

Gillian Stoneforge Amberforge was the daughter and apprentice of a renowned smith. She worked diligently day after day to learn from her master and craft pieces of art similar to that of her master. Her body strengthened with each hammer strike, and the intense flame of the forge. One day a group of thieves tried to steal from the shop, wounding her father, Gillian had to step in to protect him. Despite her strength, the fight turned in the thieves' favor until Gillian awakened power she didn't know she possessed. After the incident, her father has a discussion with Gillian in which he reveals to her that she was adopted. He believes she was originally from the now-lost house Zultik, and the power she just displayed is a sign of her noble lineage. He reassures her that her heritage does not change the love he has for her, as he still views her as his daughter. Shocked by the reveals, Gillian renamed herself Gillian Zultik, and looked for a lasting heroic legacy for the Zultik name, but the rampant cynicism and brutality of the city quickly wore her down-and she abandoned her dream. Quick to anger, Gillian has been kicked out of most reputable taverns in the city for starting fights, leaving her to exclusively patronize ale houses of lesser quality, spending her money drinking away her nights.
