David Forcestick Frozen, or Quillion Sardo Frozen as he used to be called, is a powerful wizard, who has studied the school of enchantment in detail over the years. He used this knowledge to magically influence others, gaining a position of renow among the famous forges of Montmend, but was caught red-handed and convicted for his crimes. Sent to Revel's end, he was imprisoned for 13 years. Sanctioned to a 25-year sentence, Quillion escaped when an undead dragon attacked the prison and cultists of Vecna swarmed the place.
Now back in Montmend, he used his magic to gain a teacher job in the College of Lore, studying forbidden magics to empower his enchantment spells. Since he escaped, Quillion took the name of David Forcestick Frozen.
