Reviriums: Kare'Goran Schools for Arcane Practitioners
Reviriums are a government run collage of sorts that teaches the wealthy, the royalty, and the exceptionally talented how to control, learn, and grow in arcane casting. Each school has its specialties, and each specialty is taught by a master in that field. Class sizes average around 7 to 12 generally, however even with the small group sizes, each Revirium is daunting in size, funding, and have completely unique designs. Some major programs with much backing by The Gilded Crown include the War mage initiative, and the Imbuing classes of Draken and Brauss.
Structure
- Grand Master: The highest position within the Reviriums structure, The Grand master over sees every school, and class, and acts as a mediator between the government, and the school. they act like a president of sorts.
- Head Master: Each school has one head master, and they act as a sort of local governor for the school. They handle internal affairs, and are much more personal with the students and faculty withing the school they manage.
- Assistant Master: Each Head master hires an assistant master to help make their jobs faster, and more efficient, Assistant Masters often times are hired from one of the previous years classes if the Head Master finds a particular student exceptional that year, however this job can be hired from outside the school or government entirely with enough vetting to see how loyal to the crown they are.
- Field Masters/ Teachers: Field masters are the beating heart of a Revirium. Specialists in their crafts, each one is hand picked from former students, outside talents, or known and exceptional arcane practitioners from around the globe. Its no secret each one has their individual goals, and The Gilded Crown allows them to conduct their research and experiments with one stipulation in place, train exceptional students and make sure they are loyal to the crown.
