The Blue Cloaks

The Blue Cloaks are a paramilitary force located in Nousha, Wresten. They serve the city both as guards and protectors. Led and funded by Reynoldus Basil, they are exceedingly well equipped. Their Bluecloak Citadel is a nearly impenetrable fortification. Within, the teleportation circle of Noushais guarded by the ever vigilant Shadrak.
