Leilah Isfandiari is a lithe woman with sun-bronzed skin and robes adorned with swirling patterns of sand and stone. As the Sand Whisperer, she oversees Fluidan's natural resources, ensuring sustainable mining, farming, and water usage. Her geomantic magic allows her to shape landscapes and locate hidden reserves of precious minerals and water.

Raised in a remote desert village, Leilah’s connection to the land was evident from a young age. She saved her village from starvation by summoning a hidden oasis and guiding them to fertile soil. Recognizing her ability to harness the desert's power, the Bahtim trained her to become a steward of Fluidan’s vast resources. Leilah's policies have transformed barren wastelands into thriving settlements.

Leilah works closely with Sultan Lago but maintains a pragmatic perspective. While she respects the Sultan’s role, she is not afraid to advocate for harsh measures when necessary to preserve Fluidan’s prosperity. She values results over tradition, which sometimes creates tension with the royal court.
