House of Flowers

The House of Flowers raises their own staff, assassins, and directors. They do so to ensure both the skills and loyalty of their members.
There are many Families within the organization that keep their own motifs and promote their own values and ideologies. Some Families prioritize economic power; some Families want to uphold an ideal of beauty. (One Family in particular is oriented towards societal stability.) All Families sponsor Nurseries -ie. homes with familial units (without division of race, origin, or class).
A large Nursery has about 50 personnel within the home. (Smaller Nurseries are common in more remote towns.) This number includes full time staff who prioritize the domestic aspects, foundational instruction teachers, candidates (or seedlings) who are still undergoing their education, and fully promoted members of the House of Flowers. It is common practice for members of the same Nursery to refer to each other as siblings and treat each other with a form of familial affection.
Families of the House of Flowers are not divided by geographic or political lines. A big city may be home to Nurseries of many different Families. And a Family may sponsor Nurseries across many lands. Families will meet with other Families as needs arise -to further shared goals, meet a common threat, navigate conflicts, or celebrate rivalries.
Within a Family, representatives from different departments and fields of expertise work together to lead. These representatives include members from the Nursery Caretakers, the assassin’s Biedermeier, Shop Front Owners, etc.
