Not much is known about what Mason looks like now, as no one has seen him in years, but in old photos of him when he was young, he was a young white man with dark shaggy hair and a goatee.Personality
Mason's personality had always been described as care free, but lazy and anti-social. It seemed like he dealt with a lot of anger issues as well.History
Mason met Vicky in high school. She was impressed by his guitar skills and his cool, 'anti-establishment' attitude. The two hit it off immediately and married right out of graduation. However Mason would prove to be an awful partner as time went on. He was controlling and demanding with VIcky, despite the fact he was not willing to go out and get a real job. He insisted he'd make his music career work, but when it didn't he would take his anger and frustration out on his wife and kid. At some point he was believed to have been having an affair, and a massive fight broke out, causing him to pack his things and leave. No one knows where he went after that, not even his brother Sid Jones.Relationships
History
Mason and Vicky were high school lovers who believed they would be together forever. They got married right out of high school and shortly had a child together. However the longer their marriage went on, the more red flags Mason put out. He began being verbally abusive to Vicky, shouting at her and breaking things in the house when ever he would get mad. After a particularly bad argument that involved accusations of cheating, Mason backed his things and left the house in the middle of the night, never to return.
Relationship Reasoning
Casey only got to know her father for a short period in her life when she was just a young kid. While she has a few fond memories of him, like him showing her how to play guitar, for the most part she only remembers how often he would stay out all night partying and drinking, and come home hung over and sleeping all day. She also remembered all of the fights her parents would have. Ones that would leave their things broken and her mother when she thought Casey wasn't looking. She also remembers the day he abandoned them, and ultimately will never forgive him for what he did. She'll often describe her dad in not the best light, calling him a piece of shit and 'sperm donor' instead of dad.
History
Sid and Mason fought a lot growing up. Sid was the younger brother and was often the target of bullying by his older brother, so they were never particularly close, unless Sid needed something. This didn't change as they got into adult hood, as Sid would often beg Mason for money that Mason didn't have. He only found out Mason left town through Vicky, as he also was never told about where he was going, and has never gotten a call or update from him since.
