General Kraang Quanin

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Kraang appears as a bubblegum pink Utrom with green sclera and red pupils. He has notably uneven snaggle teeth and bags under his eyes.
Special abilities
Kraang has a lot of the same abilities many Utroms are born with, including telepathy.
Specialized Equipment
Kraang has a lot of tech to his disposal, including a hover seat for easy manuvering on Earth's gravity, and a work-in-progress human disguise he named Kriis Humanman. Kriis Humanman is an android suit that appears as a slightly uncanny bald, white human.
Mental characteristics
Personal history
Kraang was adopted into the Quanin colony shortly after he was born, lead by his predecessor, Quanin. He was raised in the midst of the conflict with the Triceritons, with his colony being the leader in military tech. As he aged, Kraang proved himself to be one of the most capable weaponsmiths and war strategists, and would eventually take over the colony upon Quenin's passing.
Soon after, Kraang was made a member of the Utrom High Council, and one of the members responsible for the Utrom joining the Galactic Union and ending the war. However, not more than a few hundred years later, a new conflict brewed with the Vreen, and insectoid race led by Lady Dregg and just so happened to be one of the Galactic Union's founders.
When some of their colonies were attacked by the Vreen, Kraang came up with a war weapon to use against them, called the Technodrome. This would have been one of the most powerful weapons in the galaxy, and if used against the Vreen, would jeopardize their relationship with the Galactic Union, so the rest of the High Council was strictly against it.
Unhappy with this decision, Kraang would pool his resources and begin construction of the Technodome in secret. However, his plans would inevitably be discovered and he would be arrested and banished from the Utrom High Council. But before he could be sentenced for his crimes, Kraang boarded a single-manned space ship and fled the galaxy.
He would eventually decided on Earth being the ideal place to hide out, but was struck by a large piece of space trash orbiting the planet, which sent him careening towards the planet. The resulting crash caused his supply of Mutagen to be ejected from the craft and spill across the forest where he crashed. As an emergency precaution, Kraang sent out a distress signal and went into stasis until he could be rescued.
He would remain in stasis for the next 13 years.

Kraang was formally educated in his colony.
Employment
He is a former member of the Utrom High Council before his banishment, however since being re-awakened on Earth, he has taken up odd jobs under his disguise as 'Kriis Humanman'.
Morality & Philosophy
Kraang has a greyer morality compared to his fellow Utrom. He sees many species as being beneath them and believes that their race would be more powerful if they stopped being so nice and diplomatic and actually used fear and force to get their way. He believes Utrom are more than intelligent enough to make themselves into an unstoppable force in the galaxy.
Personality
Kraang is incredibly intelligent as an Utrom, and very skilled in building tech and advanced weapons, but in contrast has little common sense. He is impulsive with his plans and often comes with up outrageous ideas without thinking through the whole plan and the consequences. He also tends to over exaggerate his own skills and accomplishments when boasting to others. He thinks very highly of himself and doesn't see value in friendships unless he can get something out of it. He also has a tendency to hold long term grudges on people who wronged him, even if that perceived wrong is very minor. He is erratic and aggressive and tends to have a hard time adapting to human social norms, finding much of it silly and beneath him. Lastly he's incredibly stubborn and will usually push an idea he has until it blows up in his face. He also rarely learns from his mistakes.Social
Speech
Kraang has a strange groaning accent due to being an Utrom that he has a difficult time hiding, even in disguise. He often makes squaking and growling sounds when he speaks English out of habit of Utromese dialect.
