The Curious Case of Bryoth the Lazy is a fiction one-shot ran by Tristan.

Archdruid of Hemgrove, sent letters to all party members asking for assistance in helping Bryoth.
Bryoth the Lazy (they/them)
Guardian dragon, hasn’t moved since becoming guardian dragon, has a special breath that shrinks people, has been infected by false blood while they were asleep, gives each of the party members something (that doesn’t involve moving) after they expunge the false blood.
Summary
The party arrives (separately) at Hemgrove. The archdruid of Hemgrove, Mother Blood, approaches them, introduces herself, and says she would like to get started right away. leading the party to Bryoth with the help of her green drake familiar. Upon arriving, Bryoth says that they would like to get this over with and blows their breath weapon on the various doctors, shrinking them, allowing them to go inside Bryoth and assess the damage.
Upon entering, the party can hear talking coming from deeper inside. Upon further inspection, they notice a small farming village below them. While investigating the area, Doctors Apple and Breda discover a trail of rot leading from the entrance to further into the swamp. Meanwhile, Dr. Guy grows suspicious of the dead grass and confers with Dr. Payne while eating said grass. Upon entering the village, the doctors discover it is abandoned but Dr. Apple hears sounds coming from underneath some soil, which prompts Dr. Payne to yell at the dirt.
After successfully scaring them out of hiding, potato folks come out of the ground asking Dr. Payne to stop being scary and apologize for hiding. They say they hide cause they thought the Doctors were more of that “gross black sludge” that came through earlier. They explain they live inside Bryoth to grow crops and produce a special crop that helps Bryoth make their shrinking breath. The potato folks ask the doctors to check in on someone who has a house out by the river then the Doctors leave town.
The doctors arrive at the boat house to a scared voice inside the house saying there’s something out there. The party is attacked by weird dogs with anteater tongues and throat sacs. After defeating all the weird dogs, Dr. Guy tries (unsuccessfully) to get the potato folk living in the boat house, Ol’ Russel, to come out so they can draw him. Dr. Breda undocks the boat and goes around collecting her fellow doctors then they head off down the acid river following the rot trail. The doctors arrive at the butt of the river which has become overrun with the black false blood with a strange statue standing in the middle of the river source.
After close calls with some blood elementals and a blood ooze, the doctors manage to destroy the strange statue, which Dr. Breda was able to identify as a Bloodstone sentinel, the source of the issue, which causes the false blood to erupt from the river in a massive wave causing the doctors to leave in a hasty retreat. After escaping the wave of false blood, the doctors end up back to their normal sizes on the outside of Bryoth. Bryoth thanks the doctors and gives them whatever they ask for (without having to get up) in return for curing them.
