Rem

A mysterious yet helpful woman. She informs the Wake the Dead party that she died once and claims to hold enough power to have killed Vecna herself had she not been busy. She is in reality a legendary hero who ascended to a type of godhood some time after her death through celebration of her deeds, which eventually led to many adventurers asking her for guidance and praying to her. This belief allowed her soul to ascend and now she is a type of deity who devotes some of her time to helping parties of adventurers who are setting out on quests that are of great importance to Kauvet. The important thing to note about Rem is that she is not a god of Kauvet - in fact, she's a deity of another world, the gods not being strictly tied to time, place, or worlds in the broader sense.
