Effervescence, also known as Effie, (any/all) is a character played by Keiran (she/they/any) in the nonfiction one-shot The Illegal Feywild Film Festival. She is a tiefling college of chance bard 4, and feylost.
Description
Effie is a full 6'7" tall (6'2 without the horns, but she MAKES you count them), has green skin the shade of a grassy meadow, and pale blue hair. Their horns are tall and winding like a buck's and they tend to wear a lot of bright colors. For timeline reasons, he was born in 163 AL so he's 65 technically. But actually? He's like 26. Effie is a little bit of trip to be around. He kind of just *does stuff* without fully thinking it through and likes to get reactions from people. They've never really cared much about the fey thing, and they're very open about their time in the Feywild. They have a lot of fun stories about people from there, and in particular, they seem to be very free with their words. Some people might theorize they lost their inhibitions while in the Feywild... but who would know anything about that? Certainly not Effie, whose long term memory is a little shoddy and mixed up sometimes. What did they lose in the Feywild? Or more accurately, what *didn't* they lose in the Feywild?Backstory
Having fallen into the Feywild as a child, raised by the Fey as they bounced from place to place, Effie has grown up in the wild and inconsistent. They've traded a lot away in their time in the Feywild, and aren't entirely sure *everything* they've traded. They kind of wander a lot, and they have this big obsession with this clown bardbarian named Buxton-Clive, the toughest clown alive, that their penpal Rowan has actually kept them updated on. Not to mention their pixie friend that visits in their dreams, talking about Buxton's "latest" exploits. Effie wants to be beeg and stronk like Buxton.Trivia
