Amami (he/him) is a character played by Cam (they/them) in
Clownnapped: A Tiresian Archives Nonfiction One-shot. He is an
Urchin Harengon Way of the Drunken Master
Monk.
Description
Amami is a 5’2" harengon, with fluffy gray and black hair and wide, dark brown eyes. He's round age 16-17 years of age and wears standard monk-style clothing, but in a quite loose and unprofessional way, including wooden sandals. The fur on his legs, ears, and tail is mostly black, but there are some portions that are gray as well. His general disposition is cheerful, but you would get the sense that maybe you should check your chair before sitting down around him.
Amami is fairly cowardly and quite stupid, but he makes up for it in an all-consuming willingness to do what it takes to help those, who help him. I imagine he would join the party largely for money, but company would likely be a close second in terms of priority. He enjoys joking around, is generally clueless about romance or anything of that sort, and while he does his training, sure, he’s one to make it into a game for himself, to keep entertained. More than anything, Amami hates to be bored.
Backstory
Amami was dropped on the doorstep of a temple before his eyes had even opened. There, with the help of a few halflings and a particularly sentimental orc, he grew through his training into the man (well, boy) he is today.
Trivia
Illiterate, "but specifically in the way Charlie Kelly (Alway Sunny) is lliterate". He does think that doors marked “Private” say “Pirate”.
